Do not submerge the e-bike, battery, display, charger, or other electrical components, and do not charge equipment while it is wet. Contact support for guidance that matches your exact model and hardware version.
5. Where do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free to the 25 European destinations listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. E-bikes and e-bike bundles are currently unavailable for delivery to the United States. Eligible accessories and spare parts can still be ordered for U.S. delivery. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
6. What is the return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and require approval. Eligibility, condition requirements and applicable fees are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not offer a free trial.
7. How do I request warranty support?
Coverage depends on the item — the part-by-part terms are on our Warranty Policy page. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, send your order number, a short description and photos or video to sale@drvetion.com within 7 days of delivery. Our Return & Refund Policy sets out how defective items are handled, and return shipping caused by a quality problem is covered by us. Please get written approval before sending anything back.
