FAQ
1. Torque Sensor vs Cadence Sensor – what’s the main difference?
A cadence sensor only detects if your pedals are spinning. Once the pedals turn, it activates fixed motor power, which often creates sudden jerky acceleration.
A torque sensor measures how hard you press the pedals in real time. Motor power scales proportionally to your pedaling force. It delivers smooth, natural assist, better hill control and longer battery range.
2. What class is this e-bike for USA?
This is a Class 2 e-bike with pedal assist and throttle. It meets US federal e-bike regulations. Local riding laws may vary by state; please check your local traffic rules before riding.
3. Can I use my e-bike in wet conditions?
Our e-bikes are IP65 rated for daily splashes and light rain. Do not ride through deep standing water, heavy downpours, or submerge any electrical components. Always dry the bike after wet rides to protect the motor, battery and wiring.
4. How many miles can I ride on one full battery?
Range depends on rider weight, terrain, assist level, tire pressure and wind. Typical range is 50-80 miles per full charge.
5. What is the return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and require approval. Eligibility, condition requirements and applicable fees are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not offer a free trial.
6. How do I request warranty support?
Drvetion provides a one-year limited warranty for eligible non-human damage. Send your order number, purchase platform, a short description, and photos or video to sale@drvetion.com. Please obtain written approval before sending any item back.
7. How can I contact Drvetion support?
