1. Choose your e-bike model, color and available options, then add the item to your cart.
2. Review the selected items and quantities, then open checkout.
3. Enter your contact details and delivery address.
4. Select an available shipping option and review the delivery charge.
5. Choose a payment method shown at checkout and complete the required details.
6. Review the order total before placing your order. Keep the confirmation for your records.

If an installment payment option is displayed at checkout, select it to review the provider’s available plans. Availability and eligibility are determined by the provider.

1. Complete your delivery details and open the payment options.
2. Select the installment provider shown for your order.
3. Read the payment schedule and any charges before continuing.
4. Follow the provider’s instructions, then return to the store to check your order confirmation.

1. Add the eligible items to your cart and open checkout.
2. Find the discount-code field. On a phone, you may need to expand the order summary.
3. Enter your code and select Apply.
4. Check that the discount appears and the order total has changed before placing the order.

If a code is not accepted, check its spelling, expiration date, eligible products and minimum-order requirements. Whether offers can be combined depends on the promotion’s terms.

If PayPal is offered at checkout, select it and follow the instructions on PayPal’s secure payment screen. Review the amount and funding source before confirming, then return to the store for your order confirmation.

Select an available card payment option at checkout. Enter the requested details and ensure the billing address matches your card records. Complete any verification requested by your bank.

1. Check the card details, expiry date and billing address.
2. Review any message from your bank or payment provider.
3. Contact your card issuer if it declines or blocks the transaction.
4. Before retrying, check whether an order confirmation or pending payment already exists.
