1. What is a "Step-Thru" frame, and what rider height is it suitable for？
"Step-Thru" frame features a low-sweoping middle bar instead of a high top tube. This low-step design allows riders to easily mount and dismount without lifting their leg high, making it incredibly convenient for city traffic, riders wearing longer outfits, seniors, or delivery workers. The recommended rider height range is 165 cm to 195 cm (5'5" to 6'5").
2. How safe is the braking system, especially in wet weather?
The CTR26 comes standard with front and rear hydraulic disc brakes. Compared to traditional mechanical cable brakes, hydraulic brakes require much less finger effort while offering stronger, faster, and more predictable stopping power—even on rainy days or muddy trails.
3. Can I use my e-bike in wet conditions?
The core electrical components (motor, battery, display) are designed with a splash-resistant waterproof rating. It easily handles light rain and road puddles. However, riding or parking in heavy downpours for extended periods is not recommended, and you should never use a high-pressure jet washer to clean the electrical connection zones to prevent short circuits.
4. Where do you offer free e-bike shipping?
Shipping is free to the 25 European destinations listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. E-bikes and e-bike bundles are currently unavailable for delivery to the United States. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
5. What is the return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and require approval. Eligibility, condition requirements and applicable fees are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not offer a free trial.

Drvetion provides a one-year limited warranty for eligible non-human damage. Send your order number, purchase platform, a short description, and photos or video to sale@drvetion.com. Please obtain written approval before sending any item back.
