Warranty
Drvetion provides a one-year limited warranty for eligible Drvetion e-bikes and original components. This policy explains the support path for a product issue; it does not limit consumer rights that apply in your purchase market.
Warranty coverage

What is not covered
- Damage caused by use that does not follow the product manual or safety guidance.
- Unauthorized repair, modification or replacement of original components.
- Damage from improper storage, misuse, an accident or normal wear.
- Work completed by a third party without Drvetion’s written approval.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal product function.
How to request warranty support
- Contact the Support team with your order number and the e-bike model.
- Describe the issue and include clear photos or a short video where helpful.
- Wait for a diagnosis and written next steps before sending any part or product back.
- Follow the approved repair, replacement or return instructions from the Support team.
Before you send anything
Do not return an e-bike, battery or component without written authorization. Support will confirm eligibility, any troubleshooting steps and the correct return route for your order.
