Drvetion e-bikes are available for delivery to eligible European addresses. E-bikes and e-bike bundles are currently unavailable for delivery to the United States; eligible accessories and spare parts can still be ordered for U.S. delivery.

Where we ship

E-bike delivery is available to eligible addresses in the following European destinations: France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia and Slovakia.

Processing & delivery timing

Order processing: up to 24 hours.
Estimated delivery: 1–7 days after processing.
If an order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact sale@drvetion.com.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Carrier capacity, weather, remote destinations and other events outside Drvetion’s control can cause a delay.

Orders may be fulfilled by UPS, DPD or FedEx, depending on the destination and available service.
